Need help with the a quest

Hello dear guild co-members , I`m starting this topic, cause i could not find where else to right my problem. There is a Christmas event called "Hiding place" quest that i cannot get, i`ve tried almost everything, searched in the forum and still nothing. So this topic will help me and will help some of the other players that cannot deal with their quests.
