Above are the buffs you need to play the Football Adventures and they can be made in both the Provision House and
the Rarity Provision House.

Do not start a World Cup adventure wthout all the buffs needed to finish it

Where can I find the Football Matches?
Football matches only come from the green doors on the fixture list.  There is a door for each day and the date is on the door.

I know I should have the buffs ready before I start the match but  how do i know what buffs I need for each match?
Use the link huricane posted from tso forum it explains what buffs needed for every match.  The second post lists the matches and the buffs required for each.

How many balls and collectibles can I get from adventures?

Each adventure has two extra slots - oner for collectibles and one for footballs.
Collectibles: there is an equal chance of each type of collectible.
Footballs:
    42% of the time you will get no footballs. 
    33% you will get a small batch of footballs
    25% you will get a big batch of footballs
The link above tells you the size of each batch and the number of collectibles for each adventure.  For collectibles Taylors, DB, SE SotV are best.  For footballs most adventures give between 2 and 8 balls.  The exceptions are:
